Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. We do not ship on
weekends and holidays. Insurance fee is included in shipping cost.
Shipping methods available: UPS or USPS. Please note: delivery
dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.
Return/Exchange Policy:
The following conditions must be met in order for returns/exchanges to
be accepted:
1. Item(s) must be in new,
original, unused condition with all labels and tags attached to the
merchandise.
AND
2. Security loop must be attached with no sign of removal, alteration or
tampering.
(Returned items with security loop removed/altered will NOT be accepted
and will be returned to buyer, no exceptions).
Authorized returns/exchanges must be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS from the
date your order was delivered for a full refund MINUS actual shipping
fee paid by us (we will subtract shipping cost we incurred for items
with free shipping).
All original packaging material must be included with your return. All
shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and initial shipping
fee paid by us will be deducted. Package must be postmarked within 3
days from the date your order was delivered. We recommend that you ship
your return item(s) using a shipping service that includes tracking and
insurance since we cannot be held responsible for packages that are not
shipped by us.
EXCEPTIONS:
We do not accept returns on final sale items, earrings, and apparel.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER:
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 7 days of receipt
of your item. Please obtain the RA number BEFORE returning any item. No
refunds or exchanges will be given on items returned without an RA
number and package will be returned to buyer.
DAMAGED PACKAGE/SHIPPING ERROR:
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If the item you received
is defective, does not match the order you placed with us, or is damaged
upon delivery, you must contact us immediately, we'll do our very best
to take care of it.
